As Trinder Engineers continue to strive for excellence in engineering and with a growing need for quality requirements around fabrication and welding compliance our in-house welding supervisor has recently gained certification as a Welding Inspector Level 1 – Steel Structures.

With a high percentage of our steel structures fabricated here at Trinder Engineers there is a need for our workmanship to comply to specific standards such as AS/NZS 5131 construction categories one, two and three.

At Trinder, we carry out a number of varied stainless steel projects. These have ranged from food grade handling equipment, guarding and machinery, through to dairy tube and stainless pressure pipework. Our welders are qualified to AS/NZS 2980 Appendix C for the welding of hygienic tube and ASME IX for the welding of pressure pipework such as steam and hydraulic pipelines.

Our ASME IS team are qualified in the welding of both stainless steel and carbon steel pipe and are set up to work both here in our workshop or on site when required. Our team have been involved in the install of pipe work for boilers, hydraulic machinery, fish oil and the like.
